Our Sourdough Breads

At our bakery, we proudly offer a variety of freshly baked sourdough breads.

Each option can be customized to your personal preferences.

Our non-organic white bread is a classic choice, loved for its soft texture and mild flavor, perfect for sandwiches or toast. While it’s not organic, we make sure it’s GMO-free and just as pure as our organic breads.

For those who prefer organic ingredients, our organic white bread has the same familiar taste but is made with certified organic flour sourced locally in Petaluma, ensuring zero fillers and a pure product

We also offer organic freshly milled whole wheat bread using wheat kernels sourced locally in Petaluma. This nutritious bread has a rustic, earthy flavor with the perfect balance of softness and firmness.

For customers seeking a unique flavor, our signature bread is made with a blend of Khorasan wheat, spelt, and einkorn wheat, all of which are certified organic and grown locally in Petaluma. We increase the percentage of kamut to enhance the bread's natural sweetness and nutty flavor. Kamut brings a creamy sweetness, spelt brings a light tartness and chewiness, and einkorn brings a gentle earthiness. This combination creates a well-balanced bread with a slightly sweet and nutty flavor, and a deep, satisfying mouthfeel. It's great on its own, with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, or spread on avocado and salmon toast.
